These terms and conditions govern the provision of bookkeeping, BAS, payroll and related services by Simply Clever Bookkeeping Pty Ltd (ABN 51 689 914 752).
New clients begin with a flat $100 trial for the first month. This fee is non-refundable and covers the work involved in reviewing your books and setting up a solid foundation. [Confirm.]
After the trial, ongoing services are provided at a monthly fee set out in a tailored proposal. There is no lock-in contract. [Confirm notice periods and payment terms.]
We may decline to continue beyond the trial if your books fall outside the scope of what we currently handle. We will explain why and point you in the right direction. [Confirm.]
As a registered BAS agent (#26343699), our services are provided in accordance with the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 and the Code of Professional Conduct. [Confirm.]
You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and records so we can perform the agreed services. [Confirm.]
